Mr. B V Maddanaswamy
A highly experienced stalwart with a passion to achieve highest level of standards in the profession. He has been guiding the firm with his rich experience spread over 3 and half decades. He was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1984 and attained fellowship in 1989. He was a rank holder in CA Intermediate.
He has been instrumental in establishing the firm bringing in right mix of experience, youth, and aggression.
He commenced his career as a partner with M/s. Patel Mohan Ramesh & Co, Chartered Accountants for 17 years. Soon after his retirement from the said firm, he along with other chosen team founded the KPMS with a motive to compete with multi-national firms.
During his career he has handled various assignments which include Statutory and Internal audits of large PSUs, Statutory and Internal audits of Public & Private limited companies engaged in various fields from manufacturing to chit funds, Management Audits. He has carried out special assignments such as Debtor & Deposit Reconciliations, Valuation of Shares, Settlement of Employee Accounts. In case of KPMS 4 | Page Banks, the area of experience includes central statutory audits, half yearly review of assets, statutory audits of branches, concurrent & post audits, Internal/stock audits, revenue audits. He also provided project consultancy and income tax consultancy services to various clients. He has also been a consultant for land allotment by KIADB. He was a management consultant for many companies.
