He has been a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Project Consultancy, Income Tax matters, Statutory Audits, internal audits, company law matters and other statutory compliances relating to Companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts, Individuals, etc.
He was admitted as an Associate to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in May 2003 and attained fellowship in 2008. Right from where he started his career, he has been innovative, inspirational and motivational team-builder. He has been driving the growth of the firm constantly updating himself, with the developments in the field of Accountancy. He is certified IFRS consultant. He also takes up corporate trainings and presents paper on various subjects in professional forums.
He commenced his career independently and has handled various assignments which include preparation of project reports, appraisals, taxation. He has been consultant for various companies, partnership firms, trusts, individuals.
He has handled assignments of great magnitude relating to Project Consultancy, Valuation of business, Due Diligence and outsourced CFO jobs. He has been one of the key consultants in implementing Fund Based Accounting System in various Urban Local Bodies of Karnataka which was carried out as a part the assignment.
