She is a passionate member, qualified as both CA and CS, with 3+ years of experience, She is an expertise in the secretarial activities and has handled a variety of assignments for Private Limited, Public Limited Companies, right from incorporation, Convening Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings, all the compliances pertaining to, issue of shares, Alteration of MOA and AOA, Appointment and resignation of directors, auditors, preparation of search reports, annual filings, Winding up of the company and Correspondence with Registrar for any kind of matter.
She is also well versed with the LLP Regulations and compliances under the LLP Act 2008 , She also provides consultancy pertaining to FEMA regulations that govern the FDI and ODI Policies, compliances under FC(R) Act 1976.
She heads the ROC team of KPMS
